     Please read the staff letter to find out what forms you may need to fill out. The forms listed below are required for EVERYONE.

Step Three

Have you registered yourself yet?

     If you have completed the above steps, you should now be ready to register yourself. This can be done in two ways:

• PayPal
       Once you have paid using PayPal, you are transfered back to our website to complete the registration process.
• Cheque (doc)
       Once you register using this page, send in your cheque to the address listed to complete your registration.
