Equipment cups for water bucket of water stopwatch or watch with second hand

Description and Rules this is a timed event a member of the patrol will have the opportunity to try and climb the pole in order to place the cup of water on the top of the pole the other members of the patrol can help by boosting the climber as far up the pole as they can timing begins when they are handed the cup of water water can be refilled from MudPuppy one staff per pole to time patrols
