Description and Rules
- this is a scored event; record score in binder next to patrol's number
- the object is to see how many water balloons a patrol can fill in 5 minutes
- balloons must be filled with water, tied and placed in the bucket in order to be included in the score
- for every one balloon that is broken, 2 balloons will be deducted from the final score, ie. filled 8 balloons, broke 2; deduct 4, final score is 4
- filled balloons will be used at the Balloon Launch, Balloon Tag and anywhere else they are required
