Event Area 1 - Centipede Walk

Equipment at least 4 pairs of skis (spares in case any break) 2 pylons or equivalent 1 piece of string or a 2X4 1 stopwatch or watch with a second hand

Description and Rules this a timed event, with a score place 2X4 or string on the ground to make a starting line make a distance of 25 to 30 feet place pylon or equivalent as a pivot point place a second pylon 6 feet away the object of the game is for the whole patrol to run around the pylons with centipede skis on only up to 5 people from each patrol may participate each person in the patrol steps into the skis, putting the short loops on the skis over their toes and grasping the long loops in their hand starter says go, group runs/walks around pylon, returns to line and takes off skis start timer as the first person crosses the line and stop it as the last person crosses the line after going through the pylons if there is more than one patrol present, they could race each other
